Project Manager Automation

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of automation resources in the project organization
2. Single point of contact for the customer and project teams regarding automation topics
3. Review of customer specification documents and ensuring compliance with automation requirements
4. Tracking and reporting of project status and milestones
5. Creation of basic engineering documents for Automation
6. Creation and review of program tests in the context of a standard and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)-conform software qualification

Hard Skills:

• Education as engineer FH, HF with specialization in automation or similar
• Several years of professional experience as an automation engineer
• Experience leading project teams in an international environment
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
• Business fluent in English. German is an advantage

Soft Skills:

• Coordination skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work in a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Communicative personality with leadership qualities and persuasiveness
• High level of personal responsibility
• Independent way of working
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approx. 15%)
