We're seeking a skilled Siemens Teamcenter Developer to join our Engineering Application team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust Siemens Teamcenter solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our PLM solutions align perfectly with business requirements, enhancing operational efficiency, and contributing to our digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, configure, and customize Siemens Teamcenter applications to meet diverse business needs.

  • Design and implement Teamcenter data models, workflows, and integrations with other enterprise systems.

  • Perform system administration tasks, including user management, access control, and system monitoring.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teamcenter applications promptly.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.

  • Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Teamcenter Expertise: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter development and administration.

  • Customization Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Teamcenter ITK (Integration Toolkit), RAC (Rich Application Client), and SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) customization.

  • Configuration & Integration: Experience with Teamcenter data model configuration (BMIDE), workflow design, and system integration.

  • Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, or similar.

  • Database Knowledge: Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and PL/SQL.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Teamcenter Interfaces: Experience with Teamcenter AIG, T4S, T4ST, and FN4T (Opcenter) interfaces is highly desirable.

  • Certifications: Certification in Siemens Teamcenter or related PLM tools (e.g., Siemens Certified Teamcenter Developer (SCTD), Siemens Certified Teamcenter Integration Specialist (SCTIS), Siemens Certified Teamcenter Solution Architect (SCTSA .

  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes.
