The Territory Service Sales Manager is responsible for outside sales, customer relationship building, service solution selling, territory management, CRM/Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Essential Duties
Manage and grow service sales focusing on JLG product and truck service needs within an assigned geographic territory (Western PA). Develop relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Promote service contracts, preventative maintenance programs, repairs, upgrades, and replacement parts. Conduct customer visits to assess equipment and service needs. Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations. Coordinate with service technicians and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and territory activity reports. Resolve customer concerns and provide ongoing support. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements. Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Abides

Cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the company’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor as requested, or according to an established schedule; compiles information as necessary or as directed and provides data to appropriate personnel.
Responds to inquiries relating to his/her particular area, or to requests from customers, other personnel, etc., within given time frames and within established policy.
