Role Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Administrator to join our Self- Administered Pensions team under our Zero Tax Property (ZTP) brand. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our brokerage operations by facilitating communication between clients, brokers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Support the full lifecycle of self-administered transactions, from application through to completion and ongoing management. Liaise directly with solicitors, estate agents, property managers, trustees, surveyors and clients to ensure deals progress smoothly and on time. Coordinate funding via pension structures, ensuring compliance with pension, tax and financial regulations. Manage CRM updates, documentation, and portals to keep property and client files accurate and compliant. Oversee due diligence requirements, including legal, valuation and tenancy documentation. Handle client and broker queries, providing timely updates and maintaining strong professional relationships. Assist with preparation of property investment reports, cash flow updates, and compliance checks. Contribute to process improvements to streamline property transaction and management workflows. Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in a financial services admin role in a brokerage, trustees or life company. A background in self-administered pensions is desirable. Must have completed or be actively working toward your QFA. Strong knowledge of pension regulations, tax laws, and compliance related to property held within retirement accounts (or willingness/ability to learn quickly).
