Site Manager (Restoration & Conservation) A leading construction company is seeking a Site Manager with experience in restoration and conservation projects. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in County Offaly, overseeing construction activities and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Oversee project scheduling and ensure timely completion. Implement quality control procedures and ensure adherence to project specifications. Liaise with the design team and project manager to ensure successful project delivery. Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and site access. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Experience in restoration and conservation projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Full driving licence. Salary Package: Salary: €65,000 - €75,000 per annum. Company vehicle. Fuel card. Additional benefits.
