Position Summary Ensures efficient and effective automation of software testing and development processes by planning and strategizing test scenarios, collaborating with stakeholders, and staying updated with industry trends. Contributes to improved quality, faster delivery, and enhanced productivity by developing and maintaining test automation frameworks, creating robust and reusable test scripts, executing automated tests, and integrating automation into the CI/CD pipeline. What you will do Build/maintain UI and API automation suites with a high focus on AI driven tools Own and evolve automation frameworks, ensuring modularity, compatibility, and robustness across multiple project teams Define, lead, and continuously evolve testing strategies aligned to product risk, delivery timelines, and automation maturity Design and implement scalable automation solutions by analyzing application flows and translating business requirements into resilient test architectures Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and grow into broader technical or people leadership responsibilities Establish and enforce QA standards, guidelines, and methodologies to drive consistency, quality, and audit readiness Conduct technical reviews and partner with business stakeholders to align quality strategy with delivery and customer outcomes Participate in management activities as needed Required Qualifications 8+ Years of overall experience as an Automation Engineer, with hands-on experience 5+ Years of Establishing/Driving Automation Capabilities with UTF, Selenium, UIPath, API/Postman/Karate, Docker/Kubernetes 5+ years of experience leading projects 5+ Years with Agile methodology/Agile tools such as Jira Strong Life Cycle Methodologies in Agile and Scrum Preferred Qualifications Test framework design Building test automation in microservices and AI toolsets Ensure QA Processes are implemented in all aspects of project oversight (plan, design, implement, execute, evaluate) Provide key input to scrum team, quality management and contractor personnel Apply AI-driven tools to enhance testing coverage and effectiveness Solving complex problems within project teams Lead the delivery of QA training and areas of expertise Represents QA in discussions with all aspects of project lifecycle related to RCA, mitigation of project risks, defect triaging and planning Assist QA management in data gathering for metrics and improvements Strong communication skills and ability to present stakeholder level Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
