Based onsite in Portlaoise, this new exciting role is to support the business following the implementation of an ERP system. This role is fully onsite five days per week. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on team member to join our Industrial & Automotive Operations Division based in Enva Portlaoise. This is a full-time position working closely with operations, transport, compliance and facility teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities To support the operations/processing Team to manage the waste processing, repackaging, movement, exports for the Oil/I & A operations. Operate forklifts to move containers, pallets, and waste materials safely around the yard and processing areas. Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and waste materials safely and efficiently. Work in the processing areas, helping with waste sorting, repackaging, and container management. To provide all relevant documentation/labelling and reporting required to move waste off site and overseas working closing with the TFS manager and all other relevant members of the Team for the Oil and I & A operations. To assist in the classification of waste and management of documentation including certificates of disposal and recovery. To arrange the transport to move waste to approved destinations. To manage the stock control of waste and to comply all relevant reporting. To update Drivers Annex daily for stock control. Print tracking and hazard labels, scan labels into the new tracking system, and maintain accurate records for waste movements and stock control To work closely with the Finance Department to ensure that all information required is gathered, to ensure there are Purchase Orders for all costs and to meet daily/weekly/monthly deadlines for stock control and reports. To support the Operations Manager in Health and Safety Management through Walkthroughs, Team huddle meetings and Near Miss reporting. To assist the Team with information for the daily meetings to help build a strong safety and compliance culture, to work closely with the Operations/Processing and HSE Compliance and Facility team in this regard. #ijadvantage Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Enjoys practical, outdoor, and physically active work combined with some office-based administration duties. Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, yard, or industrial environment would be an advantage but not a necessity. (Training will be provided) Ability to work methodically with strong organizational and administration skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills To be self-motivated Excellent computer literacy - proficient user in Microsoft Excel Flexible to meet the changing demands of the business Why Work For Enva?
