Provide Level 3 technical support for customer environments Manage and support Windows Server and Active Directory systems Monitor networks, systems, and devices for assigned customers Triage and resolve support tickets while meeting SLA and KPI expectations Support cloud and virtualization environments Assist with onboarding and offboarding customers and systems Create and maintain technical documentation Support junior team members and participate in on-call rotation Qualifications
3-5 years of Systems Engineering experience in a Windows Active Directory environment MSP or customer-facing IT support experience preferred Strong experience with Windows Server administration and patching Experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi; Hyper-V or Nutanix a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) Experience with Azure and/or AWS environments Familiarity with Azure Entra, MFA, and conditional access Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Ability to support EST hours and work occasional off-hours maintenance Contract to hire Remote within the U.S. Eastern Time hours required Occasional travel to customer sites as needed
