About

Mercor is seeking experienced environmental-science professionals to build realistic digital environments for AI agents as part of Project Atlas. You will utilize your expertise in environmental assessment and compliance to create and evaluate tasks that reflect real workflows in environmental science. Ideal candidates have relevant degrees and at least 3 years of experience in federal/state agencies, consulting firms, or research universities. Compensation will transition from hourly rates to a model based on the quality of work.
