About

Mercor is looking for experienced electronics-manufacturing and hardware-engineering professionals to design realistic digital workspaces for AI training and evaluation. You'll leverage your technical background to create tasks that challenge frontier AI agents in real-world electronics environments. The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field along with 3+ years of relevant experience from leading tech companies. Compensation begins hourly but will later depend on the quality of work produced.
