Summary Overview CGS Project Managers are focused on scope, time, quality, and budget of a project. They use their skills to plan, manage, and communicate and drive our projects forward using their influence to lead project teams. This role requires a consultant to be comfortable in client-facing environments and be able to communicate on all levels of the project. A CGS project manager must be detailed, accurate, and be time sensitive in their communications with clients. This role requires the ability to lead a project team through collaboration and effective prioritization in fast paced environments.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop project plans
Manage the project stakeholders
Communicate in a consistent, clear, and timely manner
Oversee the project team
Create project schedule and associated training outlines
Manage & reporting on project budget to actuals
Forecast resource needs
Collaborate through project conflicts
Skills Needed
Ability to influence & collaborate across multiple teams & stakeholders
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Capable of managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs in a timely manner
Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills; the ability to drive projects through metrics
Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
Ability to build and manage relationships at Operational and Executive levels
Demonstrated high level of professionalism, critical thinking, and credibility
Requirements
BlueCherry experience
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
3-8 years of experience in a related field of work
An understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Demonstrated ability to develop project plans and track progress and resources
Proven success in leading, collaborating, and contributing to a team-oriented environment
Determined ability to keep people motivated
Recognized ability to work creatively and logically in a problem-solving environment
ServiceNow, SmartSheet, Lucid chart experience is a plus
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
Experience with systems / software – A plus if experience is specifically ERP, PLM, Warehousing, B2B/B2C eCommerce, Supply Chain applications and Integrations between various systems
Experience working on projects in the fashion industry is a plus
