Minimum 5 years of professional cost estimating experience Experience estimating construction projects for energy utilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields Familiarity with Enterprise Estimating Systems and process improvement methodologies is a plus
