About
What You’ll Do
Manage the product roadmap, sprints, and feature rollouts.
Review pull requests and enforce code quality standards.
Contribute directly to the codebase (React frontend + Nest.js backend).
Coordinate with devs, designers, and founders to hit deadlines.
Oversee integrations with wallets, smart contracts, and Web3 APIs.
Maintain documentation, testing processes, and best practices.
Drive presale and token launch execution from planning to release.
What We’re Looking For
Strong full stack experience (React + Nest.js required).
Proven ability to manage projects and lead developers.
Hands‑on coding background (comfortable jumping into the repo).
Solidity/smart contract experience (big plus, not required).
Strong understanding of blockchain integrations and Web3 infra.
Startup‑ready: fast, proactive, and thrives under pressure.
Great communication — able to bridge business and technical sides.
