Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration, optimization, and enhancement of Nimble AMS on the Salesforce platform
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Drive technical solutioning, backlog refinement, and effort breakdown
Manage API integrations and coordinate with offshore development teams
Support data migration initiatives and system integrations
Collaborate closely with Business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment
Ensure proper documentation, testing support, and deployment readiness
Provide structured knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure long-term ownership and continuity
Required Experience
5+ years of Salesforce platform experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud preferred)
2+ years of hands-on Nimble AMS experience
Strong functional and technical understanding of membership management, dues and subscription models, events management, and accounting/financial integrations
Experience with API integrations and data migration
