About

An exciting opportunity has opened within our Professional Services Team in the DACH region for a Model Builder role. This is a full-time position.
This role is aimed at professionals working close to business processes – for example in controlling, FP&A, or data/analytics – who want to move into a consulting environment and work on how these processes are structured and implemented in systems. Experience with Anaplan or comparable platforms is a plus, not a requirement.

Tasks What You Will Develop
Hands‑on experience in designing and implementing end‑to‑end business models across multiple domains
The ability to connect business logic with system architecture
A strong foundation in enterprise performance management and modelling best practices

Core Responsibilities
You will work as part of project teams delivering enterprise performance management solutions for our clients:
Translate business requirements into structured, scalable model logic
Support the design and build of Anaplan models
Contribute to testing, validation and documentation
Work alongside solution architects and senior consultants
Take ownership of defined workstreams or model components.

Customer satisfaction, adoption, and health
Gross Margin performance (where relevant)
Adherence to project governance and PS processes
Contribution to cross‑functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
Requirements You naturally strive to deliver

Key Pre‑requisites
Background in controlling, FP&A, finance, or data/analytics
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting or similar processes
Confidence working with data
Structured and analytical way of thinking
Good communication skills in German and English
Desirable Skills
Experience with BI or data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python)
Exposure to enterprise systems or planning tools (e.g., Tagetik, SAC, Anaplan)
