Responsibilities & Qualifications
Create UGC briefs, find creators and coordinate with creators
Build ads for paid channel (video and statics)
Drive PR outreach, affiliates and social media
Bring fresh, on‑trend content to every campaign and social media
Grow retention through emails & SMS
Video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
Organized, proactive, problem‑solver, can wear multiple hats and move fast
Fast learner who is excited to continue learning and growing
Entrepreneurial, with storytelling skills
