Design and implement core database engine features Build and maintain distributed consensus protocols Collaborate with product team on feature development Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews Contribute to open-source database projects Requirements
5+ years of experience in database systems or distributed systems Strong proficiency in C++, Rust, or Go Deep understanding of database internals (storage engines, query optimization) Experience with distributed systems and consensus algorithms Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
