The Application Specialist is responsible for supporting the primary line of business application, Zenoti. This includes responding to support calls from staff, debugging and resolving issues in the software, submitting tickets to vendors, educating staff on processes, and configuring the platform. While primarily an application support role, this position also provides remote and onsite support to deploy and troubleshoot hardware and software. Clear communication, timely response, and teamwork are critical to success. Location & Schedule:
This position will be primarily remote with some travel and onsite work required. Weekend and after-hours availability will be required. What You Will Do
Maintain and configure the Zenoti platform and other software platforms in coordination with other department members Stay current on the knowledge of the platform functionality Train internal staff on the application Setup, manage, and maintain testing environment in coordination with other department members Create and maintain documentation for processes, configuration, and end user training Maintain change log entries for significant IT changes (permissions, system changes, product/service changes, etc.) Identify product usability issues and work with department members to develop solutions Communicate staff feedback to the department head Participate in meetings and calls with vendors Troubleshoot and resolve end-user support requests with a high level of responsiveness, in coordination with IT team members Participate in IT projects, including design and deployment of new IT systems and services to clinics Support IT department responsibilities in clinic expansion and build-out, including onsite deployment of IT systems Manage and maintain IT hardware and software support systems as delegated 5%–15% travel required based on business need Other duties as assigned What You Will Bring
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is a plus 2+ years of experience in a retail or corporate environment required 1+ years of experience with medical spa software desired; Zenoti, ModMed, Patient Now, or Boulevard experience is a strong plus Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen to user groups and communicate at the appropriate level Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment Good communication skills, including writing, speaking, and active listening Project management skills: organization, planning, time management, and prioritization Self-motivated and able to work independently and with the IT team Remote work with onsite and after-hours requirements as necessary General IT aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Proficiency in Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching with hands and arms, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Benefits

For full-time employees, medical, vision, and dental insurance are provided. Compensation Range: $70,000 – $87,000.
