What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to contact for clients throughout their experience
Answer questions and help resolve issues quickly and clearly
Guide clients on how to use programs and available resources
Check in to keep clients engaged and on track
Track progress and keep client records organized
Partner with internal teams to improve the overall experience
