About the Role
Learn and execute our proven sales systems and product offerings.
Responsibilities
Connect with clients who have requested information and guide them through their options
Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom or phone
Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal support teams
Collaborate with peers and leadership to deliver a high-quality client experience
Achieve performance benchmarks that unlock advancement and increased earning potential
Remain compliant with all state insurance and licensing requirements
Participate in weekly virtual trainings and team meetings
Build and maintain a long‑term book of business using company‑provided and self‑generated leads
Help families identify protection and financial solutions aligned with their goals
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is helpful but not required
Comfortable using technology and virtual communication platforms
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self‑motivated, coachable, and driven to achieve goals
Professional and confident presence on Zoom and phone calls
Client‑focused with a solution‑oriented mindset
Required Skills
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one within 7–10 days (we provide guidance)
Schedule flexibility to meet client availability, including some evenings or weekends
Pay range and compensation package
100% remote role with flexible scheduling
