Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
We’re looking for a
Customer Experience Associate
who enjoys helping people, asking good questions, and guiding customers through their next steps with confidence. In this role, you’ll speak with small and mid‑sized business owners, learn how they operate day to day, and support them as they get set up with tools that make their work easier.
This is a conversation‑focused role with steady interaction, clear processes, and strong support. It’s a great fit if you like talking with people, staying organized, and being part of a team that values customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Speak with business owners to understand their current setup, challenges, and goals
Walk customers through available solutions and explain how they fit into daily operations
Participate in scheduled calls and follow up with customers who’ve shown interest
Support new customers through the onboarding and setup process
Provide a friendly, helpful experience that builds trust and long-term relationships
Keep notes, updates, and next steps organized in the CRM system
Work closely with your team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
