About the Role:
The Product Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful implementation and configuration of Meduit’s workflow software solutions for healthcare clients. This role ensures accurate, production-ready system configurations by translating product functionality and client requirements into effective solutions. The Product Implementation Analyst partners with product management, data development, and revenue cycle operations teams to support implementations across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation stabilization
Analyze client workflows and business requirements to configure solutions that align with product capabilities and operational needs
Translate software features and functional requirements into client-specific configurations and implementation artifacts
Validate configuration accuracy through data analysis, testing, and quality reviews
Use SQL to support data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting during implementations
Investigate and resolve implementation-related issues by analyzing system behavior, data outputs, and workflows
Support user acceptance testing, defect triage, and implementation readiness activities
Contribute to documentation, lessons learned, and process improvement recommendations
Support execution of departmental plans, goals, and objectives while managing work across multiple implementation projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in software configuration or system implementation support
3 to 5 years of backend healthcare revenue cycle management experience
Proven experience supporting software implementation projects through multiple phases of the implementation lifecycle
Hands‑on experience using SQL for data analysis and validation
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem‑solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare software implementation experience
Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
Working knowledge of MySQL, including basic joins, query building, and data validation
Experience with XML and data‑driven integration
Experience using project management or collaboration tools such as Smartsheet or JIRA
Working knowledge of insurance revenue cycle processes
