About
Sr. Business Systems Integration Engineer: Storable is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Integration Engineer to own the design, reliability, and scalability of integrations and automations across go-to-market (GTM) and post-sale business systems. This role works with middleware (Workato), SQL (Redshift, Athena), APIs, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), and other GTM Apps. The ideal candidate is a technical problem solver with deep expertise in automation, integrations, and data transformation, particularly within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success tech stacks. While technical proficiency is the top priority, strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders to understand pain points and translate business needs into scalable solutions. Responsibilities
Integrations: Design, build, troubleshoot, and maintain cross-platform integrations between databases, APIs, Salesforce, HubSpot, and other GTM systems. Develop and optimize sophisticated iPaaS-based workflows (e.g. Workato, Zapier). Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for data transformation in automation workflows. Ensure data quality and governance across all connected systems, troubleshoot sync errors, and optimize performance. System Architecture, Configuration, & Automation
Implement best-in-class lead management, sales funnel automation, and campaign tracking solutions. Configure and optimize Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Flows, Apex triggers) and other GTM Apps to improve automation and efficiency. Support API-based data exchange and develop custom Apex and API integrations where needed. Leverage Python or JavaScript for advanced automation scripts. Collaboration
Work closely with technical teams and the Director of Business Operations to scope and implement system enhancements. Engage with business stakeholders to understand pain points, troubleshoot issues, and refine solution designs. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable automation solutions. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team analysts and administrators. Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
Act as the senior escalation point for complex integration issues. Identify and implement efficiency improvements in data quality, integration reliability, system architecture, and business processes. Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance and scalability. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in integration development and/or business system automation. Expert proficiency in Workato (preferred) or another iPaaS solution (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Zapier, etc.). Expert proficiency in SQL (Athena and/or Redshift preferred) for data transformation and automation workflows. Hands-on experience designing and implementing API-based integrations across GTM & post-sales systems. Working proficiency in marketing automation platforms integrations (HubSpot preferred; Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua experience acceptable). Working proficiency in Salesforce integrations leveraging advanced SFDC technology (Flows, Apex, LWC, CPQ tools). Working proficiency in CI/CD and DevOps best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Excellent communication skills to interface with business stakeholders when needed. Preferred: Salesforce Admin certification; advanced Salesforce certifications highly preferred. Experience developing Salesforce APEX, LWCs, etc. Experience developing Product Led Growth processes and automations. Background in private equity-owned SaaS companies. Experience working in Sales, Marketing, and RevOps environments. Familiarity with Python or JavaScript for advanced data wrangling and automation scripting. Benefits
