Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Organize and update applicant tracking systems and calendars to ensure smooth scheduling operations.
Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and tracking key metrics.
Support administrative duties related to recruitment and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in recruitment and scheduling coordination.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, calendar management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering quality results.
