Desired Candidates: Only 2 Years of Experience working in US Inbound Voice Process Region – North America Shift Timings- US Time Zone (PST/EST/MST) Remuneration – As per Industry Standards Work Type – Remote Good Communication Skills in English Take live calls during US timezone and make interventions wherever necessary. Take actions to improve call flow and overall operations efficiency. Benchmark calls on various performance parameters and work on a continuous improvement plan for making the operations more effective. Coordinate between different individuals and supervisors as required for ensuring smooth transaction flow. Prepare reports as necessary and provide periodic updates to management. Work on improving and automating the end-to-end transaction call and process. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Good Knowledge with Tools like confluence and G-suite is preferred.
