Job Summary
We are seeking a Data / Business Analyst with a strong blend of technical, analytical, and organizational skills to support RTLS implementations from project kickoff through customer acceptance. This role partners closely with Project Managers and technical teams and plays a hands‑on role in managing project data, documentation, reporting, and technical deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Support RTLS projects throughout the full lifecycle, from project initiation through customer acceptance, and working closely with Project Managers and technical teams.
Assist with project management administrative tasks, including preparing meeting materials, scheduling meetings, and tracking follow‑ups.
Participate in project‑related meetings, capture meeting minutes, and document action items.
Monitor project dependencies, vendor coordination, and impacts across parallel project activities.
Collect, prepare, and validate RTLS‑related data by issuing API queries, cleaning data, and identifying data quality issues.
Develop and maintain Excel workbooks to support data imports, onsite testing, validation activities, and reporting.
Support onsite and remote testing by ensuring data accuracy and system readiness.
Manage, maintain, and ensure quality of project documentation, including vendor rendered maps, CAD files, and location or asset lists.
Research and help resolve technical issues using internal knowledge bases and by collaborating with engineering, support, and vendor teams.
Prepare project deliverables, reports, and supporting documentation ensuring project artifacts are accurate, properly versioned, and stored in SharePoint.
Contribute to continuous process improvement by updating and strengthening standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
Strong experience working with data, including data collection, validation, cleansing, and analysis.
Proficiency with Excel and SQL, including data queries, importing/exporting, identifying trends, and reporting.
Working knowledge of project management principles and experience supporting projects through execution and delivery.
Experience coordinating tasks, schedules, and documentation across multiple stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Experience researching and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal teams or vendors.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization and reporting tools.
Experience with RTLS, RFID, healthcare technology, or similar systems is a plus.
Prior experience supporting Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) projects is a plus.
Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government clearance.
This is a remote position.
