About
Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Analyst at Welland. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, providing technical support, troubleshooting software issues, and communicating effectively with managers and clients. They will work closely with the support, development, and project management teams to ensure successful implementation, delivery of software solutions, and ongoing customer support.
Qualifications
Technical Analysis and Analytical Skills
Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and remotely
Detail Oriented and Multi-tasker
Experience working with software development projects
Knowledge of programming languages and databases
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Must be in Washington State. (Please do not apply otherwise.)
