About
Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop RPA solutions that meet client requirements. Design, develop, and configure RPA workflows, scripts, and bots using UiPath or Automation Anywhere, adhering to best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, document process workflows, and define automation specifications. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of RPA solutions. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA implementation, including bot failures, performance bottlenecks, and system integrations. Participate in RPA project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations. Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on RPA tools, processes, and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology, methodology, and industry standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in software development, automation, or IT consulting, with exposure to RPA technologies preferred. Knowledge of RPA concepts, tools, and platforms, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and design efficient automation solutions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of RPA, with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required for government-related projects.
