Role Turicum Private Bank is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our T24 Production Support & Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in core banking technology and gain hands-on experience with the Temenos T24 platform.
Key Responsibilities
Execute Close of Business (COB) activities in production
Troubleshoot issues raised during COB operations
Analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes
Perform deployments in production and lower environments (including UAT)
Test vendor-provided fixes and deploy them across Turicum environments
Handle service requests from developers and project teams
Engage with vendors to analyze core issues and implement permanent solutions
Coordinate with vendor 24x7 support teams to troubleshoot COB-related issues
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operations
Follow operational procedures and maintain documentation
Preferred candidate profile
Recent graduate / fresher (B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / MCA or related fields)
Good programming knowledge (any language preferred)
Strong academic record
Basic understanding of IT systems or banking applications is a plus
Willingness to work in early morning shift (5 AM 2 PM IST)
Comfortable working Tuesday to Saturday schedule
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Strong willingness to learn and grow in banking technology
