About
Role & responsibilities
To provide enablers to Sales Team & ensure budgeted revenue is achieved
Distribution expansion - Width and Depth - 95% Numerical distribution
Drive Quality of Distribution - through proper review of Bill Cut and Line cut & ensure the Targeted BC/LC is achieved, along with productivity
Improving Distribution efficiency through proper monitoring and review of Distributor Score Card
Strategize & Execute appropriate GTM (Go To Market) plans and ensure successful Launch of New products
Coaching and Training of ASM / ASE and help them achieve their Sales and Diatribution Goals
Analyze the Secondary and ensure Category wise growth across segment of outlets - as targeted By segment
Coordinate with ASM's & AGM's to roll out appropriate Trade Promotions and also ensure Promo Effectiveness
Drive effective usage of Bizom and ensure proper visibiligty of Stock and Sales by implementing DMS
Strategize & Execute plans to ensure thet Red Geography locations are supported such that they become Green Geographies
Preferred candidate profile
12 Years in FMCG
3 years in Senior Leadership role
Must have handled a business of minimum 50 cr p.a
Experience in more than 1 State is added advantage
