Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic prospecting and customer targeting plans
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, and networking
Lead key account strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships
Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prepare compelling proposals and quotations
Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience selling technology solutions to stakeholders within the defense sector (required)
Demonstrated success in generating and converting cold leads into qualified opportunities
Proven track record of closing high-value deals with mid-market (SME) and enterprise clients
Strong consultative selling and solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, science, business, marketing, or a related technical field
Ongoing professional development with familiarity in modern sales methodologies
