Project Planning & Execution
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables Create and maintain project documentation (timelines, schedules, reports) Coordinate meetings, resources, equipment, and information Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary Ensure project tasks are completed by team members on time Help manage budgets and resource allocation Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status Support risk identification and mitigation planning Assist in post-project evaluation and reporting Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field 3 years of experience in project coordination or support role Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project) Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certifications) Experience in a specific industry (IT, construction, marketing, etc.) Provident Fund Health Insurance (OPD, IPD, Maternity) Life Insurance Performance Based Bonus Note: *This is full-time role, not a part-time gig. Also, one will not be allowed to work somewhere else while working with Zeki Experts
