Experience solving real‑world data‑driven optimization and ML modeling problems successfully. Comfortable measuring and optimizing the direct business impact of work. Proficient with SQL and handling large‑scale data. Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, R, etc.). Experience building ML models using modern approaches such as neural nets or tree‑ensembles from scratch. Expertise in selecting supervised labels, optimizing metrics, and identifying useful features. Benefits
