1-3 years of experience in collections, client services in a collection environment Familiarity with disputes, documentation, and account‑level client requests Experience working with client portals, CRMs, or collection software Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with C‑suite stakeholders Experience handling client contract terms, fee structures, service‑level expectations Benefits
