What You’ll Be Doing As a Stack Software Developer, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing our platform. Your responsibilities include:
Full ownership of development – take part in every step of the software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to architecture, coding, deployment, and maintenance.
Decision-making & design – participate in technical discussions and design decisions, contributing expertise to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
Feature development – plan, implement, and release new features that improve the user experience and enhance platform functionality.
Problem solving & innovation – inspire and challenge the organization with innovative solutions and insights on best practices.
Data-driven decisions – analyze, gather, and aggregate technical and non-technical data to support decision-making.

Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript
Frameworks: Laravel, Smarty, React, Flask, NextJS
Database: SQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL
Miscellaneous: Web applications, Smarty, OJS, document type definitions (DTD), document conversion (DOCX, JATS XML, HTML, LaTeX, PDF), rich text editors
Who You Are
Strong expertise in NextJS and React .
Experience in full-stack web development particularly for web applications.
Experience with component-based front-end development (React).
Experience developing RESTful APIs.
Experience with UX design is a plus.
Experience in document conversion (DTD, DOCX, JATS XML, HTML, LaTeX, PDF) is a huge plus.
Experience working with rich text editors is a plus.
Ability to work lean, iterating on time-boxed MVPs for AI-driven projects.
Strong problem-solving skills with a self-driven and proactive approach.
Friendly and open to constructive feedback, fostering a collaborative team environment.
