You will lead the strategic design, implementation, and governance of the organization’s reporting ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape high‑impact reporting solutions that deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights. Your technical leadership will ensure our data and reporting capabilities effectively support decision‑making, operational excellence, and long‑term business growth.

What you’ll do
Build and optimize reporting solutions, including dashboards and reports
Develop complex data models, queries, and visualizations to deliver actionable insights
Partner with business leaders, analysts, and cross‑functional teams to understand data needs
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure reporting solutions align with business objectives and operational priorities
Monitor data systems, pipelines, and reports to ensure optimal performance
Implement enhancements and resolve performance bottlenecks as needed
Diagnose and resolve data‑related issues across reporting platforms
Provide ongoing support for data inquiries and reporting functionality
What you’ll need
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on SAP‑based reporting solutions
Proven track record managing complex reporting and data integration projects
Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems
Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms and big data technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
Expertise with SAP, SAC, SAC‑P, and Datasphere, including report creation, data modeling, and semantic modeling
Hands‑on development experience with SAC, MS SQL Server BI Stack, Power Query, and MDX
Experience with additional BI or data visualization tools preferred
Familiarity with Alteryx preferred
Knowledge of data science concepts and techniques preferred
