About

The Development Manager is responsible for leading individual giving efforts for ICIC. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying potential individual donors (including from ICIC’s program alumni) as well as creating and implementing outreach strategies for them. In addition, the development manager will lead donor stewardship and renewal activities for our existing portfolio of individual contributors. The development manager will craft and execute annual small dollar donor campaigns for individuals and program alumni, as well as completing other ad hoc projects as needed. The manager will have a high degree of comfort and facility with data management and will ensure donor data is captured accurately, comprehensively, and with discretion.
