Business Analysis : 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a technical environment, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Technical Understanding : Strong knowledge of software development processes, system architectures, databases, and APIs. Documentation Skills : Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation, such as functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories. Collaboration : Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers. Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient solutions. Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile environments, using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for tracking and collaboration. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
