Key Responsibilities
Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers
Oversee test planning, execution, and defect tracking
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure quality standards
Drive automation, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
6–10 years of experience in software testing or QA
Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
Experience in test automation frameworks and tools
Proven experience in leading QA teams
Preferred Skills
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with performance and security testing
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
