About
Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Integration team. Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java /Spring Boot and Python & participate in design from scratch to production
Delivering high quality features for our high-scale web environment
Monitoring the performance and cost of the services in production
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve our technology stack and development processes
Integrating with other team members (backend/frontend/product/UX) & mentor junior engineers and share your expertise with the team
Minimum Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of experience in software engineering with Python
Must be proficient in a microservices environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with client-side development, using React
Proficiency in various data stores such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Elastic
