Commissioning Engineers
to join our expanding team supporting critical data center projects across the United States. Locations: Multiple locations across the United States. As demand for hyperscale and enterprise data centers continues to grow, we’re delivering top-tier commissioning solutions—and we need skilled engineers who thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments. What You’ll Be Doing
Execute commissioning activities across electrical and/or mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, HVAC, BMS/EPMS, etc.) Review design documents, specifications, and submittals to ensure system performance aligns with client requirements. Develop and run functional performance test scripts (Levels 1–5). Perform Integrated Systems Testing (IST) and troubleshoot deficiencies. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and client representatives to resolve issues and close out systems. Maintain accurate documentation, test records, and reporting in line with QA/QC and commissioning standards. What You’ll Need
3–5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical commissioning. Strong understanding of MEP systems and commissioning processes. Familiarity with ASHRAE commissioning levels and IST procedures. Ability to read schematics, one-lines, and technical drawings. Willingness to travel to project sites across the U.S. Strong communication and collaboration skills—able to liaise with clients and contractors confidently. Nice to Have
Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree (or relevant experience). Experience using commissioning tools/platforms (e.g., CX Alloy, Smartsheet, VEO HQ). Exposure to hyperscale environments or Tier III/Tier IV data center builds. Seniority
