RAN Integration Engineer

About
Integrate, commission, and troubleshoot Ericsson RAN equipment (BBU and radios) for wireless network deployments.
Perform hardware swaps, call testing, NTP configurations, and site acceptance procedures.
Analyze alarms, logs, and KPIs to identify and resolve network issues.
Coordinate integration activities with field teams and customers to ensure timely project delivery.
Support software upgrades, license management, and configuration changes on Ericsson platforms.
Maintain accurate documentation of all integration activities and site configurations.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Utilize Ericsson tools (ENM, CLI, SHM, SecureCRT) for integration and troubleshooting tasks.
Interpret network design layouts, site survey reports, and integration checklists.
Requires minimum 3+ years’ experience in RAN integration (preferably with Ericsson equipment and Verizon network).
Strong understanding of 4G/5G RAN technologies, physical connections, and end‑to‑end site integration.
Excellent communication, coordination skills, and flexibility to adjust to varying project requirements.
