About Hivemind Marketing Hivemind Mission: Empower 100,000 financially and emotionally secure families by helping them grow their business and careers.
We ghostwrite content that genuinely sounds like our clients, speaks directly to the people they want to work with, and supports real outcomes: booking calls, starting better conversations, attracting partnerships, and winning new business. We also help clients use LinkedIn as a reliable, long‑term client acquisition channel.
Position Summary As a Content Writer, you’ll work directly on LinkedIn content for founders and executives in the games industry. Your role is to turn client conversations, research, and briefs into clear, well‑crafted posts that sound authentic, build credibility, and drive new business and commercial opportunities for our clients.
This is a hands‑on writing role for someone who enjoys understanding a client’s world, capturing how they think, and translating that into content that feels human, confident, and valuable, while ultimately supporting growth.
Key Responsibilities
Ghostwrite high‑quality content – write LinkedIn posts for gaming industry clients (CEOs, founders, executives), maintaining an authentic voice with a clear commercial and trust‑building focus.
Prepare strategic content calls – develop thoughtful questions and light case‑study frameworks to draw out strong insights, stories, and authority‑building ideas from clients on monthly content calls.
Execute content strategy – work closely with the Account Manager and wider team to deliver content that drives real business development outcomes for the clients.
Capture and refine founder voice – research client backgrounds, interpret briefs, and write in distinctive voices that feel natural, confident, and credible. No two clients should sound the same.
Iterate and improve content quality – work with the Account Manager, respond to structured feedback, and continuously improve writing based on performance, learnings, and client goals.
YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT IF
You’ve written LinkedIn or social content for B2B audiences – at least 1 year of experience aimed at founders, executives, and industry leaders.
You have a genuine interest in the gaming industry – you’re curious, enjoy learning about it, and want to write for gaming founders and teams.
You’re comfortable managing multiple clients at once – able to handle several content streams without things slipping.
You’re self‑directed – you take ownership of your work, don’t need constant oversight, and proactively act on feedback.
You’re commercially aware – you understand that content should unlock opportunities, generate leads, and support wider business outcomes.
You care about quality and client results – you take pride in delivering work that’s well thought‑through, polished, and effective.
You enjoy team rituals – you’re happy to take part in weekly content reviews, Monday planning sessions, Wednesday training days, and Friday wrap‑ups.
What we can offer you
Salary of €30,275–€32,000 per annum (+ bonuses, DOE)
Remote role and flexible working (with collaboration hours and regular team syncs)
Speak directly with CEOs and executives within the gaming industry
Regular training and development (and the opportunity to lead training sessions to share learnings across the company)
Opportunity to attend gaming conferences and mixer trips (all costs covered by us)
Opportunities as we scale, including Hivemind World, Hivemind Academy, and Hivemind News
With this, there’ll be scope for progression as we grow.
