Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description Join our dynamic team to design and implement data solutions that shape our platform’s future. You will collaborate across departments to uncover trends, build intuitive dashboards, and influence data-informed strategies that directly impact jobseekers’ success.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions (dashboards, reports, ETL pipelines).
Analyze user behavior, platform performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with product/engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
Transform raw data into clear visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to support strategic decisions (e.g., user engagement, feature ROI).
Ensure data accuracy and governance across reporting systems.
Communicate insights to stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
Optimize data workflows and advocate for best practices in BI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
1+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or similar roles.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).
Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker).
Experience with Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., regression, cohort analysis).
Excellent communication skills in
both Mandarin and English
(cross-team collaboration essential).
Bonus:
