Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Remote Sales Representative to help grow our client base through outbound outreach and relationship building. Please note: This is a fully remote role and we accept applicants not based in the United States.
What You’ll Do
Conduct outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email, and other channels) to generate new leads
Identify and qualify potential clients (PR agencies, marketing firms, other related businesses)
Book meetings and support the sales process through to close
Maintain and update CRM with leads, activity, and pipeline
Collaborate with leadership on opportunities and follow-ups
Consistently meet outreach and pipeline targets

What We’re Looking For
Strong written and spoken English (required)
Experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
Organized and able to manage tasks independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools is an asset
Positive, persistent, and results-driven mindset
Compensation Base salary plus commission (details shared during interview process) with uncapped earning potential based on performance.
Role Structure (KPI-Based) This is a KPI-driven role with clear performance expectations, including:
Daily outbound outreach targets (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
Weekly qualified lead and meeting targets
Pipeline and revenue contribution goals
