Role: Construction Project Manager Location: County Kildare Sector: Residential Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading Property Developer to recruit a Construction Project Manager Your new role Management of project delivery & commercials Project scheduling and forecasting Lead weekly meetings with site teams Provide weekly updates to senior management on project delivery Ensure site compliance with standards, specifications and health & safety Regularly inspect the site to ensure high-quality work and complete sign offs Oversee project handovers What you'll need to be successful Previous large-scale residential project management experience Evidence of knowledge of Irish building regulations & standards IT literacy including Procore Full Driver's Licence Commercial understanding Interested?
