About
Support the execution of our Asset software platform scaling roadmap, ensuring alignment with broader product strategy and business goals Manage and maintain the product backlog of user needs and feature requests, ensuring that development priorities are clear and structured Translate storage and renewable market insights and stakeholder needs into structured technical requirements, collaborating with modellers, software engineers, and analysts to bring them to execution Take ownership of defined workstreams and support their development from planning through delivery, ensuring that execution is timely and meets quality standards Drive clarity in project execution, ensuring that technical teams and business stakeholders are aligned on key objectives Track development progress, identify blockers, and ensure smooth feature rollouts Proactively document best practices and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency Adapt quickly to changing priorities, ensuring that work remains aligned with business needs and team objectives
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
3-6 years of experience in an analytical, software, or product-related role, ideally in energy, finance, consulting, or research Quick, self-directed learner with the ability to ramp up quickly in complex domains Strong problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying key patterns in data and applying insights to product execution Proven ability to manage structured workstreams, ensuring clear alignment between business needs and technical execution Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and track deliverables effectively
Competence in data analysis tools (Python, R, Matlab, or similar) Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in product management or working with software development teams Familiarity with power market economics, renewables, or storage investments Exposure to agile development methodologies and user research practices
