About

The Customer Analytics team is seeking a Data Analyst with a strong curiosity for consumer behavior and a proven ability to leverage data to drive strategic business decisions.

In this role, you will contribute to a wide range of business and analytics initiatives by building robust measurement frameworks, conducting deep-dive analyses, and partnering closely with data science and business teams. You will help shape consumer-centric KPIs, support predictive modeling efforts, and deliver actionable insights that enhance our understanding of customer behavior and overall business performance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across analytics, data science, and business teams to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. This role requires strong analytical rigor, the ability to navigate ambiguity independently, and solid communication skills.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Deliver core analytics and insights

  • Conduct complex and exploratory analyses to understand customer behavior, purchase journeys, and key business drivers

  • Identify opportunities to optimize acquisition, retention, and customer value through data-driven insights

  • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations

  • Synthesize findings into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences

Contribute to KPIs and advanced analytics initiatives

  • Support the development of scalable measurement frameworks to support personalization, segmentation, and targeting strategies

  • Support the definition, refinement, and implementation of consumer centric KPIs such as churn, CLV, and conversion

  • Partner with data scientists on consumer related models, including contributing to feature design and selection, business logic, and performance evaluation metrics

  • Interpret and contextualize model outputs to support business decision-making

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role;

  • Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in data exploration and insight generation

  • Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong technical execution

  • Familiarity with data science concepts and programming languages (Python, R) is an asset

  • Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is an asset;

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
