We are looking for a Team Lead Market Development (m/f/d) working 39h/week to start immediately.
- Lead the Market Development team in terms of employee, budget, and task management
- Develop and maintain market development strategies for each key region and country
- Engage and build strong regional stakeholder networks by identifying key ecosystem partners, fostering relationships that support adoption and credibility, and representing the organization in relevant forums and events
- Coordinate cross-functionally to communicate regional insights, align execution with global priorities, and support informed decision-making across teams
- Support the Market Development team with information on the services, products and solutions that Agraya offers
- Degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Agriculture, Sustainability or equivalent
- Min. 7 years of experience in the field and min. 2 years of experience in managing employees
- Solid general technical knowledge of the sector, as well as the industry requirements in different geographies
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in English (C1 level), and other languages are beneficial (German, Spanish, French)
- Ability to travel internationally
