General Shale, Inc., a leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role supports daily sales operations and works closely with customers, dispatch, and the outside sales team. The position involves a mix of customer service, order processing, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
